Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you; The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address. Shipping fee: Tapb offers free shipping to all countries available on the Payment Page. Shipping time: 7 – 14 days, depending on the destination country. Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. Shipping FAQ How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order tracking number within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at joly8@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. What countries do you ship to? A full list of the countries where we ship our products is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries. What do I do if my package was damaged? Immediately contact our Customer Service joly8@outlook.com. We will work with you to get your damaged products replaced with a new as soon as possible. How can I track my order? You can track your order HERE I can see that the status of my order shows ”Delivered”, but I have not received my parcel. What can I do? Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue: – Check if the shipping address of your order is correct. – Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf. Refund policy We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned goods purchased while on sale will be refunded at the sale/discounted price. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
